Order Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your Triad custom trailer order, you must contact Triad Trailers immediately. Your notice of cancellation must be in writing by email, mail or fax and acknowledged by a representative of Triad Trailers. Since all Triad Trailer products are custom crafted to your particular boat specifications, any refunds will be handled along the following schedule:

CANCELLATION PERIOD	NO MATERIAL ORDERED / CUT	MATERIAL ORDERED / CUT
Within 2 weeks after trailer ordered	80% of deposit returned	80% of deposit returned minus the cost of material
2 – 3 weeks after trailer is ordered	70% of deposit returned	70% of deposit returned minus the cost of material
3 – 5 weeks after trailer is ordered	60% of deposit returned	60% of deposit returned minus the cost of material
5+ weeks after trailer is ordered	50% of deposit returned	50% of deposit returned minus the cost of material
